TCRMM Announces Veterans Day Closure

The Tompkins County Recycling and Materials Management (TCRMM) office will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, in observance of Veterans Day.

The Recycling & Solid Waste Center (RSWC) will be open regular hours on Friday, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., for your recycling and waste disposal needs.

There will be no change in curbside recycling collection. Recycling pick-ups will follow a normal Friday schedule.

The “Find My Recycling Day” tool at www.recycletompkins.org allows residents to receive curbside recycling pickup reminders via phone call, text, or email. The curbside recycling reminders automatically adjust for holidays when there is no recycling collection. Enter the address and click “Get a Reminder.”
